House rules

To ensure that the tournament proceeds safely and is enjoyable for everyone, we ask you, in addition to our general terms and conditions, to adhere to our house rules

The HHH committee and Hudito aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants in this event. Therefore, we strictly prohibit the use of racist, offensive, discriminatory, or intimidating language. We ask all participants to treat each other with respect and to appreciate the diversity of our community. Expressing hateful remarks, making offensive comments based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual preference, or any other form of discrimination or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone found engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the tournament.

  • Teams are not allowed to bring their own drinks to the festival site. We will be checking this on arrival and during the tournament. We have enough drinks available at the bar.
  • Hudito is a smoke-free club. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area.
  • Barbecuing is not allowed, we will provide all the food you'll need and there will be a snack counter on-site for the late-night snacks!
  • After the meals we try to provide all the teams with garbage bags to fill with your trash. Please make use of these and the garbage bins. This saves us a lot of time cleaning up.
  • As legal as drugs might appear in Holland, they are NOT permitted on-site. Neither are weapons for that matter.
  • Please dispose of the plastic pet bottles in the yellow bins, such that they can be recycled.
  • Confetti is prohibited.
  • An invitee can only be admitted if they have purchased a ticket through the Hudito app and received a confirmation by email.
  • Everyone must wear a wristband throughout the entire weekend. If you're not wearing a wristband, you may be removed from the premises.
  • Only card payments are accepted during the HHH. Cash payments are not available.
